The Boorowa Courthouse Arts and Crafts will again be supporting the Boorowa Show, providing first prize rewards for a number of arts, crafts and cooking sections.

There will be a $20 first prize for the Jams, Needlework, Knitting and Cooking sections as well as a $40 prize for the Handicraft section. Show Society President, Louise Baer, said the prize money was hugely appreciated.

“It’s lovely to have the back of community organisations like the Boorowa Courthouse Arts and Crafts,” she said.

“When community organisations get involved, they come to see where their prize money goes. It doesn’t matter if you win or lose… if you can knit, sew or cook then give it a go.”

Entries close February 28. Entry forms can be picked up at the Show office or in the show booklet at Carmody’s Newsagency.
