This year, Boorowa will be joined by author, TV and radio broadcaster and Australia Day Ambassador Susie Elelman AM.
Susie Elelman is a name synonymous with daytime television and can currently be seen voicing her opinions as a regular host on Studio 10.
Susie was host and executive producer of her own national, daily, variety and lifestyle show SUSIE and then co-hosted and co-produced Susie & Bianca both on the WIN/9 network.
The action packed day will start at the Boorowa Recreation Park at 8am with the Lions’ Breakfast in the Park.
The Fishing Competition, face painting, jumping castle and a CWA Devonshire Tea will also take place from 8am.
The ceremony, including the the Australia Day Awards will follow, with plenty of locals up for Landcare, Community and Sports Awards.
The Rotary Young Achiever of the Year Award and the Lions/Apex Citizen of the Year will also be awarded so make sure you come down and show your support and celebrate the achievements of our community members.
The Fishing Competition presentation will take place at 11am and the always popular, annual Rotary Rubber Duck Races will kick off at 11:15am.
Activities at Boorowa Recreation Park will conclude at 12:30pm.
The annual Australia Day lunch with Ambassador Susie Elelman AM will commence at 12:30pm at Ridgy Didge at the Boorowa Ex-Services Club.

The Australia Day Bowls will start 1:30pm at the Boorowa Ex-Services Club, followed by the Boorowa Balladeers and Yarn Spinners at 4pm.
The day finished with the Golf competition at Boorowa Recreation Club.
