Tony Cassells closely followed on 25, and the experienced Garry Dwyer followed on 24.
The field behind were bunched with four players on 23 points.
Daryl Murphy and John Dymock and Young resident John Cooper and played in the Cherry Festival tournament over three days last week.
The team won four of five games to finish 10th out of 42 teams.
