On Friday, November 3, we had an incredible day at St Joseph’s with our wonderful Grandparents, family members and friends visiting the school.

Our day started with a beautiful holy Liturgy of the Word in St Patrick’s Church.

It was a lovely way to give thanks for our families and in particular our grandparents and all they do for us.

We were very lucky with the weather and spent Recess outside on the school lawns enjoying some scrumptious cakes, slices and biscuits provided by our staff and parents.

Our annual Book Fair was once again a huge success, thanks to the generosity of everyone.

It raised a considerably amount for our Library and Mrs Corcoran looks forward to purchasing more books for our students to borrow.

After this break our families shared some wonderful moments with the children in their classrooms.

They played math’s games, shared stories, created movies, but more importantly laughed, giggled, smiled and hugged, we are all looking forward to next year's Grandparents day.
