The Boorowa Roverettes are bound for semi-final football following a convincing 50-12 win over ADFA. The Roverettes run in nine tries to two in an entertaining display of league tag.

Boorowa dominated the first half, scoring early on through Tammie Pye and proceeding to run in five more tries in the half. At 34-6 the game was done and dusted but ADFA certainly weren’t about to give in.
The second stanza was much tighter as ADFA to their credit only lost the half 16-6 as Boorowa ran in three more tries through Charley Collier and Amanda Noakes with two tries in the half.
For Boorowa the three points went to Danielle James who has had an outstanding season.
Two points went to Tammie Pye who was also rewarded with a great try and Peyton Power who has really impressed with her strong performances each week.
One point went to Chloe Geach who has been in good form and Mackella Pye who put in her usual solid performance with some great attacking runs.

In other matches last weekend, Bungendore 56 beat Crookwell 4, Harden 26 beat Gunning 0, North Canberra 18 beat UC Grizzlies 12.
This Saturday sees the Roverettes continue to tune up for the semis in a couple of weeks when they play the UC Grizzlies.
Coach Brendon Shean has done a tremendous job in leading the League tag side and no doubt will be planning for the big games ahead.
The Roverettes will finish in fifth spot regardless of results in the last two rounds but their opponent in the first week of the finals is still yet to be determined.
The ladder now sees Bungendore 30, Harden 28, Boomanulla 24, Crookwell 22, Boorowa 20, Gunning 14, Binalong 12, North Canberra 10, UC Grizzlies 8, ADFA 6 .
