Both Boorowa sides are flying high after good wins in recent weeks and will be keen to push their claims for semi final births.
The Rovers are on a four game winning streak and currently sit in third spot.
They have some tough games ahead later in the season and need to take advantage of their good form. Boomanulla have struggled but are more than capable on their day and won't be an easy proposition.
Meanwhile the Roverettes are coming off a huge win against ADFA and sit in fifth spot on the ladder.
They face a huge test against Boomanulla who have lost just won game against front runners Bungendore.
If the Roverettes can win, it will be a huge step towards playing semifinal football.
In the only games of George Tooke action played last weekend, Crookwell hammered ADFA 66-0 whilst Boomanulla 52 beat Gunning 0.
In the league tag Boomanulla 20 beat Gunning 0.
In other games this weekend in both competitions, ADFA host North Canberra, Binalong host Bungendore and the UC Grizzlies are at home against Crookwell. Harden and Gunning have the bye.
It's a massive day this Saturday with the Roverettes starting at 1.30pm whilst the Rovers take to the field at 2.30pm.
Off the field, there’s plenty of work being done by the Rovers re-union committee to prepare for the huge Rovers re-union over the long weekend in October and those intending to go are reminded to have their RSVP’s and merchandise orders into the Ex-Services Club by the end of July at the very latest.
This is to allow the committee to order shirts and memorabilia in time for the big weekend of celebrations.
It's all happening on and off the park so why not be a part of your local league teams.
