The heatwave kept numbers down for Shaz and Jen's golf trophy day on Saturday, February 11, however, a group of enthusiastic golfers braved the elements to bring in some wonderful scratch scores in this novelty event.

Coming up trumps on the day was Anthony Walters with a net 51 with Robert Dunwoodie runner up on net 58.
Coming in third was Andrew McGrath with a very commendable net 59.
The golf committee would like to mention that a working bee has been scheduled for 9.00am start on Saturday, February 18 with all golf members encouraged to participate.
Sorry for the short notice, but wild weather has reeked havoc on the course and a busy competition program is looming.
Following the working bee the prestigious Geegullalong Trophy will be contested over 18 holes, with the individual format to be announced on the day.
Junior Golf begins on Sunday, February 19 and will run each Sunday through the season.
All budding junior golfers are welcome to come and join the fun.
No experience necessary, we all started with that first swing.
Cost is $5.00 each Sunday which includes a sausage sizzle after play.
Members, Associates and parents are encourage to come along and help with supervision with the junior golf program.
Our Golf Club welcomed a group of social golfers to the course on Sunday, February 12 who teamed up with some of our local golfers in a teams event.
The visitors were so impressed with the course that they are programming a two day stay for their next Boorowa visit.
There were many comments on how good the greens played, considering the current heat wave.

The Boorowa Golf Club held their A.G.M. at 6.30pm Monday, February 13.
