Voice Pickers

The Opportunity:

You will be part of a large team of voice pickers – pick orders and moving quality products through the supply chain within DRY goods or in COLD environment (-3 degrees). Your shifts will involve weekend shifts.

Essential Requirements:

• Picking experience preferred
• The ability to lift upwards of 20kg consistently
• Meeting hourly KPI/ daily picking KPI’s
• Safe operation of LLOP
• Upholding the highest standard of professional behaviour onsite
• Maintaining clean and tidy work areas
• Adhering to OHS standards on site
• Attending daily toolbox talks
• Pallet stacking and wrapping
• Staging of stock for dispatch
• Must be able to pass a Police Check
• Must undertake drug and alcohol testing and undertake medical assessment

About You:

• RF scanning or voice pick experience within a warehouse
• 100% availability Monday to Sunday
• Previous experience with LLOP
• Reliability and a good work ethic
• Excellent communication; ability to follow instructions
• Self motivated and goal driven
• Must be physically fit and healthy with strength
