Your New Company:

Your new company is a global workforce specialist that helps maintain healthy and productive lives while living and working away from home. There are multiple on-site facilities such as gyms, pools and wellbeing hubs.;

Your New Role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for Chefs wanting to join the team at multiple regional locations. You will have the ability to be able to work across multiple locations; leading a team as well as great opportunity to grow and further develop your skills. You will be responsible for the day to day management of a successful and busy kitchen. The successful candidates will be available from the middle of October and be able to commit to a roster that would include day and night shifts.

Site Locations are near: Cobar, Gunnedah & Narrabri.

Duties will include things such as:

  • Preparing and serving meals for up to 300 guests daily.
  • Managing food safety Audits and following HACCP regulations.
  • Ordering food and safe storage of prep.

What You'll Need To Succeed:

  • Previous Experience in large volume kitchens.
  • Natural Leadership Skills.
  • Own transport to travel to regional location.
  • Willing to be trained on different kitchen procedures.
  • Be committed to a roster that includes day and night shifts.
  • Availability to Commit to Ongoing Roster.
