A large field of golfers competed for the Roger Green stableford competition on Saturday, October 28, with wonderful golfing conditions greeting the players.

Three players carded scores of 37 stableford points so a count back was undertaken to confirm the trophy winner. Robert Styles was the eventual winner with Phil Johnston runner up.
Kate Crisp, as the third player on 37, points became a ball comp winner along with Roger Green and Greg Atkins both of whom carded 35 points.
Regional Industries two-person ambrose trophy was played for last Saturday, November 4. This event always attracts a healthy number of contestants and last weekend was no different.
Danny Cassells and Bob Prosper won the trophy on a count back from runners up Jamie Taylor and Josh Neale with both teams recording a score of net 60.
Larry Galvin took home the nearest to the pin prize and Robert Styles had the longest drive.
Boorowa Men's Golf Foursomes Championship was held on Sunday, November 5 with the team of Robert Dunwoodie and Robert Styles triumphant over Phil Johnston and Andrew McGrath followed by Josh Greig and Greg Atkins.
Lady and men golfers are invited and welcome to attend Greg Atkins' Blue Metal Motel trophy day on November 11. Here's hoping for some more great golfing weather for Greg's event.
