B and C Grades will get underway tonight in their much anticipated returns.
Last Thursday saw Rec Green and Top Pub Guinness go right to the wire in the team’s event being locked together at 3-3.
With both teams being evenly matched in the final game of the evening, something special was required.
It was Amon Tai for the Guinness that delivered with a stunning 93 peg out to seal the victory.
The best players in this match were Tim Good for the Rec with four tons whilst Amon was the stand out for the Guinness with five tons including a 140.
Meanwhile the Ram Z began where they left off before the break with a 6-1 win over the Randy Stallions.
Mitch Leslie and Ross Hignett put the Stallions up 1-0 early but that was all she wrote.
Mitch and Krissy Halls both hit four tons in this game.
The Rec Gold made it look easy against the Ex-Services Club winning 6-1 but the Pudman Street team won't be easy beats in A Grade.
Lucy Dwyer was impressive in winning her game for the Ex-Services club whilst the Rec Gold threw a combined 19 tons.
The matches set down for tonight are as follows:
