Boorowa's golfers have reached the final of the Small Club Pennants inter club match play competition by drawing five all with Binalong at Binalong last Sunday.

This effort has enabled Boorowa to play the final match play against Bigga at Boorowa on Sunday, July 2 with the winner to be named 2017 Pennants Champions.
The stableford side of the inter club competition is also looking favorable for Boorowa to figure in the winner’s circle.
Boorowa are currently sitting on 70 points with Bigga 59 points, Binalong 52 points and Cloverleigh 22 points.
Once again Greg Atkins stamped his name in the stableford section with a handy 41 points.
Robert Dunwoodie and Phil Johnston also contributed to Boorowa's healthy stableford points position with 40 and 38 points respectively.
What a marvelous performance from our lady golfers, who travelled to Binalong to participate in the inter club competition, with Del Greig taking out top spot and Monica Good a close second against all comers.
All golfers are welcome to participate in the next round to ensure Boorowa has the best chance of taking out both sections of this competition.
