The team were defeated on all rinks.
Skips Daryl Murphy, Chris and Des Grimson and their teams all played well but the Cootamundra boys were just too strong.
Boorowa will play them on home turf in three weeks and attempt to to change the result.
The team now has two wins and a loss.
The Boorowa Ex-Services No. 6 Pennant side played Cootamundra Country Club on Sunday.
They also found the opposition tough and they lost on two rinks and had a draw on the third.
Neville Thurtell and his team managed a draw.

In last Thursday’s Social Bowls, the experienced Daryl Murphy, who has changed back to his old bowls after trying out a new set of smaller ones, won the competition from the improving Ned Kelly and old hand Leon Downey.
