Online participation is becoming more problematic as governments adopt ‘digital first’ as their primary service delivery mode and more consumers are online.
However, many regional areas are still limited in the access to high-speed internet or mobile connectivity.
The University of Canberra want to hear from a range of businesses and community members including farmers, small businesses, and professionals.
If you live in rural areas where there is intermittent internet and/or mobile access or you want faster services but are frustrated with the current quality of the internet/mobile, and would like to share your experiences with our research team, please contact Hilltops Council Boorowa Office on P: 6380 2000 by 5pm Thursday, November 3 to book an interview day and time.
You don’t have to be an active internet/mobile user to participate.
UC wants to listen to your difficulties in getting access to the internet/mobile services.
Interview Dates: November 7, 8 and 9
Times: Between 11am to 7pm
The interviews will last about one hour and can be 3 to 4 people at a time, or one-to-one.
