Following a winter hiatus of cold, wet and windy weather, the markets are set to run this Saturday at the Court House Park from 8:30am until 1:00pm.
With a BBQ in operation, cold drinks, cakes, plants and produce available, it’s an excellent time to get out and enjoy the end of Winter.
Boorowa Rotary Club initiated the markets in 2015 to provide an avenue for local makers and growers to showcase their goods.
The markets have enabled Boorowa Rotary Club to provide financial support to local organisations, including schools, charities and worthwhile projects in the district.
A key aspect of the Club’s fundraising is supporting and providing leadership development for high school students. Each year Boorowa Rotary Club sponsors a number of students from Boorowa Central School to attend leadership and team building camps run by our local Rotary District 9700.
So come and visit the markets on Saturday and support local makers and growers.
