The heat did however agree with Gold Coast visitor Tony O'Leary holidaying down south with relatives at Cowra.
Tony was an outstanding competitor shooting the whole programme clean (not missing any targets) and taking out 1st place in the three events of the day.
Congratulations Tony, we will no doubt see you again on your next visit.
A special thank you to all persons who helped run the day due to some of our members being in Tasmania competing in Tasmania's State Titles.
Congratulations goes to our junior shooter Amy Smith, who took out Open Ladies High Gun against the strong competition at the carnival.
Members and visitors are reminded next month is the commencement of the Progressive Jackpot Handicap and with cooler conditions we encourage you to attend.
