They were here for a good time not a long time as the Dalton Dingoes and Boorowa took just three hours to get a result in last Saturday's second grade cricket.

In a match where the ball definitely dominated the bat, it was the Dingoes who prevailed by just 15 runs in a match that again got away from the locals after a good bowling performance.
Boorowa produced a great display with the ball to route the Dalton Line up for just 80 and should have cruised to an easy win, but as they say, no matter what the target, you've still got to get them.
Dalton batted first and began steadily but Boorowa took regular wickets to dismiss the Dingoes for just 80 in 22 overs.
This was mainly through the bowling of Nick Dwyer with 3/6 whilst Chris Dwyer took 2/21 and Rick Bennett picked up 2/11.
Other wicket takers included Matt Batt 1/13, James Green 1/10 and Joseph Banks 1/0.
In reply, what should have been a very reachable total turned into a nightmare with Boorowa losing wickets at a rapid rate through some very ordinary cricket.
At 6/65 and requiring just 16 to win, the locals should have got home.
However they lost their last four wickets for no addition to be all out on 65.
It was a very dejected team that made their way to the confines of the Courthouse.
Jacob Carmody top scored with 30 whilst Damo Harton scored 19 whilst the duck pond is well stocked with another five joining the flock.
This week will see both sides back in action after the first grade team had a bye last Saturday.
The first grade team play Bookham at Bookham with both sides desperate for a win.
Play commences at 12.30 with the side meeting at the Courthouse Hotel for transport at 11.00.
The second graders are at home for the second consecutive week and after a couple of bad losses when having the opposition at their mercy, will be keen to make amends.
So head to Bookham to see if the first grade team can break their duck or if you can't make it there head on down to the hill at the Recreation ground for some entertaining cricket action.
