The Christmas Party on Pudman started three years ago in the hope that it would bring out the Christmas spirit in Boorowa and encourage everyone to shop locally.

Maria Biglands from Pudman Training Group Pty Ltd, who is involved in the preparations for the party, said it has become a tradition.

"Hopefully it gets people involved and out during Christmas," she said.

There will be an array of stores with a wide variety on offer.

There will also be a Christmas corner, a Christmas-themed art and wreath competition for all ages, facepainting and a BBQ.

Maria says no one should miss out on the fun.

"For families, it will be a cheap night out, having fun and enjoying Christmas."
