The Wiz bangs weren't at their best, with the Top taking full advantage and nailing their doubles.
Richard Hall led the way for the Top with four tons and an 87 peg out whilst Vince Leslie hit a 60 peg out for the Ram.
The Courthouse came out on top in an entertaining 4-3 scrap against the All Sorts.
Darryl Armour hit a 90 peg out for the Sorts.
The Rec Wizards had little trouble in beating the Mad Rams 6-1 with Rick Bennett hit a 125.
For the Mad Rams, the evergreen Frank Apps was their best, continuing to defy father time throwing some great darts. Frank has participated in Boorowa Darts for well over 30 years and is one of the more consistent player's week in and week out. In the other match up, the Ex-Services scored a much needed win by 5-2 over the All Stars with Judy Jordan pegging out from 90 in an impressive display of throwing.
Tonight we get to do it all again with Thursday nights just not coming around quick enough.
The draw this evening sees the Top Pub Leppers at home against the Wizbangs who will look to bounce back.
The Greenies take on the Courthouse at the Top.
The Wizards host the Ex-Services and the All Stars host the Rec Gold.
The Mad Rams played the Allsorts on Tuesday night with some of the Rams players taking to the high seas today.
No doubt there is a dart board somewhere on the ship.
