These wins put both side in a position to win the 2015 District Pennant so keep up the good form.
Team results-number 4s- Chris Grimson d T Apps 25-8, Darryl Murphy d T Ricketts 21-12, Des Grimson drew with James 18 all.
Number 7s-Steve McDonald d R. Larson 18-17, Bill Luxford d S.Larsen 32-16, Bert McMahon lost to M Annetts 14-22. Bert reckons he has met the gun side both times so it was good to see his losing margin reduced from 21 to 8.
This Sunday the number 4s play Binalong and the number 7s are at home to Bribbaree.
Twilights were completed last week with Barry Coble's team being undefeated with seven wins and runners up were Gerard Dunn's teams with five wins.
Thursday social bowls last week 19 players took part and winner on the day was Richard Platt with 28 points from John Snelling 26 and John Crows 25.
With one week remaining in the March point score Colin Goods lead the way with a handy 82 points from Richard Platt 69 and Brian Raath 60.
