Chris Grimson took out the Club's major singles for 2015 with a convincing 31-23 win over Darryl Murphy. Chris got away to a good lead 22-9 after 18 ends and although Darryl fought back over the closing stages the lead was insuperable. Chris has now won two in a row and four out of the last six.

Wednesday Twilights the three leaders had another win last week to make it three from three so far. Thursday social bowls last week Colin Good won the day with 26 points from Dick Mattress and Darryl Murphy 24. With pone week to go in February point score Dick Mattress leads the way on 76 points from John Dymock 64 and Don Henson 61.
