This year the Balladeers are hoping that Ambassador Gretel Killeen will perform the opening ceremony, getting the programme of ballads and yarns away at 4pm.
Once again the programme will take place in the Recreation Club, which has provided generous sponsorship for the Balladeers over a number of years.
Old favourites and some newcomers will face the audience and there is sure to be plenty of humour and action.
As it is the Anzac Centenary Year, it is expected that there will be a sprinkling of items relating to the Great War and perhaps other conflicts, but along with that there will be the usual brand of humour for which the Balladeers are well known.
Boorowa Balladeers always pride themselves on the fact that they provide the 'sound of the real Australia,' and this year will certainly be no exception.
The Recreation Club is the place, and 4pm is the time. Prepare to strap yourself in for an entertaining experience.
A gold coin donation is all that is required, a worthwhile investment for some good old fashioned entertainment.
