Eight teams from outside our South West District took part.
Local players Greg Percival, Gerard Dunn, John Snelling and Gary Dwyer all had resting touchers.
The spiders were won by Ben Walsh and Paul Walsh, what odds would have been given for that result. The raffle was won by Gwen Crowe.
Colin Good won last Thursday's social bowls with 27 points from Darryl Murphy, 26, and Richard Platt, 23. This week will be the last game for 2014 with the green being renovated next week.
Wednesday Twilights finished with Greg Neal, John Dymock and John Crowe taking home the winners hams with six wins and a draw. Gerard Dunn's team were the runners up with six wins. Gerard started off with a loss but then won six on the trot. The handicapper lurks.
