In a joint celebration with Public Education Week, the school invited everyone to gather for coffee and cake at 10.30am, with formal events starting at 11am.

Kindergarten to year three students are set to impress with their first public ukulele performance but the highlight will be honouring Ms Southwell.

While she retired at the beginning of the year, Rye Park Public would like to take this chance to formally recognise and farewell the much-loved member of the school community.
