Thirteen candidates are running for councillor positions in the shire's upcoming local government election to be held in less than a month.
Boorowa's council election returning officer Mary Moffitt conducted the ballot paper draw last week at Young Town Hall.
The ballot paper order was determined in the process.
A list of candidates' names were cut up into strips at the ballot paper draw, put individually into small cylinders, and placed in a ballot box, which was shuffled, opened and drawn to determine the ballot paper order.
The names of seven current councillors were among those in the draw, including Grant Cotter, Robert Gledhill, Julie Poplin, Christopher Corcoran, Angus Clements, David Evans and Mayor Wendy Tuckerman.
Candidates Andrew Southwell and Paul Magee of Rye Park and Maria Biglands, Tim McGrath, Jack Ryan and Peter Sykes of Boorowa are also vying for councillor positions.
Deputy Mayor Elisabeth Webster and Neil Gorham are the only councillors not seeking re-election.
The election will be held on Saturday, September 8.
