Beth Johnson successfully achieved her Level 6 badge in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics on Sunday. It has been some time since a gymnast from the Boorowa club has attained this level and Beth is to be congratulated for her efforts. Routines at this level are more difficult and require considerably more skill and commitment on the part of the gymnast. Beth attended two competitions to attain her Level 6. At the first, Beth achieved a 4th on vault and a 6th on bars. The second competition, also held in Canberra, saw Beth take out 5th on vault and floor. Overall Beth was placed 5th both times with scores of 54.15 and 54.7 respectively.
