Both Junior Cricket teams into Grand Finals

19 Mar, 2009 06:15 AM
Boorowa U12s cricket side travel to Young this Saturday to play Town Hall News Agency in the Grand Final.

This should be a real contest for both sides, each having lost only one game this season.

Last Saturday Toll Ipec forfeited to the Boorowa U12s, so needing a good hit out before the final parents and players divided up into teams and had a very entertaining Saturday morning.

With pride at stake and some dubious umpiring decisions both teams showed some marvellous cricketing skills and the game resulted in a well fought out draw.

The team invites parents and family to come along and support them on Saturday, March 21 at Cullen oval in Young at 8.30am.

Congratulations to the team on making the final and the best of luck.
