Just a few metres away, you will find the hole in the ground designated as the space for Rugby residents to use as their local tip but this has not stopped piles of rubbish and household items from being dumped just inside the tip’s entry gates.
Residents have been using their tip space accordingly but for a select unkown minority - which some locals say include out-of-towners using the Rugby Road - it has become an easy place to dump their unwanted household items and rubbish.
These include several mattresses and opened black rubbish bags which have been dumped just inside the tip’s entry which is locked and only accessed by residents who have a key.
Piles of rubbish are also sprawled across the area just in front of the tip’s entry, creating an eyesore on the side of the road as the rubbish sits amongst long grass.
