The storm had arrived, weather or not

26 Jan, 2012 02:56 PM
More than 38mm of rain fell in Boorowa last Saturday as storm clouds rolled in across the shire.

A total of 38.8mm of rain was recorded, more than the median monthly rainfall for January of 37.3mm.

Last Saturday's rainfall brought the total rainfall for 2012 up to 60.2mm.

The storm caused a number of trees to be down for the count and Australia Day flags that had just been put up had to be quickly removed again.
