Have you ever been inspired by ‘easy to do’ needlecraft projects, made grand purchases only to see your project uncompleted or for some of us not even started.

Need time out and would you like to complete that project or get some help with it, learn techniques, need inspiration, then come along and join in Boorowa Needlework Group.

Learn traditional embroidery with stranded cottons, ribbon embroidery, candlewicking, smocking, wool embroidery, patchwork, cross stitch and tapestry.etc.

Create traditional or contemporary works.

Share ideas and be creative by experimenting with design and make your work unique.

Enjoy the day out.

With the upcoming Boorowa Show the group encourages entries for the needlework section in the pavillion.

The group meets weekly during school term at the Boorowa Recreation Club on Tuesdays from 9.30am to 2.30 pm commencing on the Tuesday, January 31.

Bring your own sewing kit and project materials.

Ideas from magazine and books available to inspire beginners.

BYO lunch with tea and coffee provided (Small Charge)
