TURNED: Boorowa Mayor, Cr Wendy Tuckerman, turns the first sod on the site of the development of the new Rotunda. The day was a great success organised by the Rotary Club and featured food and family fun in the park. The spade used in the sod-turning was auctioned off and bought by Fr Greg Beath on behalf of St Patrick’s Parish. It will be inscribed and kept in the Boorowa Museum for posterity.
