Sam and Nikki Burton Taylor have officially opened their butchery in Marsden Street, having taken over from the Donohoe’s family business which was sold after 84 years.
Sam’s Paddock has begun a new era in town, with the owners keen to put their stamp on the business and introduce a number of new lines since opening on August 16.
They have spent hours giving the store a makeover, mixing the old with the new to bring together a modern butchery giving it enhanced features of open glass display units, providing a visual selection of the prepared meats on offer.
Only the finest quality meats are available as well as a number of gourmet deli lines including products from renowned chef Maggie Beer, creating a one stop shop for all your dinner needs, with staff able to help prepare meals for you.
Also available is a selection of ready made meals such as pies and lasagne and products from Hank’s, Henry Langdon and Harden’s Own Honey.
Sam is proud to be back in Boorowa after spending time in Sydney, commenting on how great it is to once again be in his hometown and mixing with friendly locals who have already offered their support in the early days of the business.
Now part of the business community, Sam, together with wife Nikki, are hoping to provide a friendly and professional service to residents, sourcing locally grown produce to improve the quality of range at the store.
Next time you are walking down Marsden Street, stop by and see the team at Sam’s Paddock and experience the newest exciting business in Boorowa.
