Councils boost food safety

The Mayoral Roundtable meeting held in Boorowa on Friday brought many new surprises to benefit local councils across NSW.

Primary Industries Minister Ian Macdonald announced the State Government allocation of $1.6 million to go towards the new initiative that will improve food safety and coordination between councils and the NSW Food Authority.
